I’ve been giving AP a spin for a couple of weeks now as a trial run. The possibilities that AP offered for our needs were impressive. This all started last August when our team and administration decided to partner with AP for the upcoming year. We finalized the agreement in October 2017. Up to now, we’re using it to keep track of our inventory, assets, equipment, and the services related to those items. It took us around four months to get AP up and running smoothly. Now, our crew can check our center’s inventory in under an hour. We can whip up reports on the go. Our next move is to set up notifications and automate some tasks, like preventive maintenance and servicing our gear. Big shoutout to the support team—they’ve been awesome at helping us with any issues and ensuring we get responses pretty quickly, usually in less than a day. We’ve also had the chance to share some ideas with the development team. Fingers crossed that our suggestions get picked up and turned into something beneficial for all AP users.

The features are pretty good, but I gotta say, access can be kinda slow at times.

It's been helpful and beneficial. However, it can get a bit tricky figuring out the settings to add or remove various fields for the assets.
